Some Principles of Healing
Updated: Apr 3, 2021

Every Body is Different
Levels of health and disease are based on individual aspects; mental, emotional and physical. Each organ, system and gland responds differently to lifestyles and remedies. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health and disease cannot e separated or overlooked in order to experience long term healing. Each of us is unique, down to our DNA. Our healing paths and needs may be similar, but will also be unique.
The Body is Self-Healing
Removing blocks to this natural process is usually the first order of business. Mucus, toxins, virus, fungus, bacteria, parasites, negative attitudes and unmanageable stress are examples of these blocks. As these blocks are eliminated, healing naturally occurs: usually from the inside out. The path from the lips to the rectum is one of the body’s innermost systems, (mouth, throat, esophagus, stomach, small and large intestine, and rectum). We can appreciate that our body is always moving toward health and we just need to get out of the way!
Healing and self development are ongoing process
We are the ones that build an environment that is conducive to good health, or one that invites disease. The experience of poor health (disease) is a lesson and an opportunity to move ahead by changing your lifestyle. Make comfortable healing choices as often as possible! Each day is a new start.
Listen to your body
Acute symptoms, such as pain, swelling and discharge, are wake-up calls that your body needs attention. If you are tuned in and aware of your body, you feel instinctively what your body needs. You will know before acute symptoms appear. Many people drag their bodies along in their lives until painful symptoms or major ailments finally cause them to stop, slow down, and consider making changes. Masking pain and other symptoms is not solving the problem and is not along term solution. Our bodies are beautiful, forgiving instruments when given a chance to heal themselves. Thankfully, we get many chances to learn our individual lessons.
Energy is the Foundation for Healing
A major difference between youth and old age is energy. At the cellular level, as energy fades, elimination, assimilation and reproduction diminish. With less energy at the cellular level, life spirals down, there is less laughter and ease. We accept the best as passed; we are less active and more passive, and manageable stress becomes unmanageable. There are principles, lifestyles, technologies, attitudes and beliefs that can increase our energy, recharging our lives. For example:
Principles: Disease is a lesson; focus and live in the moment
Lifestyle: Enzyme rich diet, live food, pure water and exercise
Technology: Feeding the body at the energetic level
Attitudes: Appreciation, understanding, and thankfulness
Beliefs: We are all together in life doing the best we can. It’s never too late.
We can move in this direction, honoring our body, making healing choices and appreciating the gift of our life.
